Privacy and Data Protection
Sinha Production is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Game, while Epic controls data related to Epic accounts and payments. We collect device identifiers, hardware/OS details, crash logs, approximate location (via IP address), gameplay analytics and support communications. We process data to operate and improve the Game, fulfil this contract, protect legitimate interests (such as security and fraud prevention) and comply with legal obligations. With your consent we may conduct optional analytics or marketing. Data is retained only as necessary and may be shared with service providers, public authorities and advisers. Your rights under the GDPR include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. See Schedule 1 for a concise summary.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept this EULA. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Sinha Production and that Epic serves only as the marketplace operator.
