Introduction
This End‑User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“you”) and Sinha Production (“we” or “Developer”) governing your purchase and use of the Windows PC game “Prince of India” (the “Game”). The Game is sold as a one‑time purchase via the Epic Games Store. By acquiring or using the Game you agree to be bound by this EULA, if you do not agree, do not use the Game. This Agreement grants you a limited personal licence, ownership and all underlying intellectual property remain with the Developer. The Game may collect certain device and usage data, see the concise privacy notice inSchedule 1.
Contract, Licence and Epic’s Role
A binding contract arises when you consent to this EULA during checkout, installation or first use. Epic Games International operates the store and processes payments but is not a party to this Agreement. Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to download and play one copy of the Game on your Windows PC for personal, non‑commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. Optional Downloadable Content (DLC) may be offered separately and is governed by this EULA unless additional terms apply. You may obtain the Game only in territories where Epic sells it but may play worldwide, subject to export controls and sanctions laws.
Technical Requirements and Updates
The Game’s product page lists minimum hardware and software requirements. You may need the Epic Games Launcher and internet access to download, activate and update the Game. After activation you may play offline, but occasional online connections may be required. We may release patches to fix bugs or improve security and will provide updates necessary to keep the Game in conformity for a reasonable period. Mandatory updates must be installed to retain statutory remedies. Minor feature changes for operational or legal reasons may occur, material changes may give you rights under consumer law.
Intellectual Property and Restrictions
The Game and all associated content are protected by copyright and belong to the Developer or its licensors. Except for the licence granted herein, no rights are transferred. You must not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works unless permitted by law. You may not remove proprietary notices, bypass licence checks or use cheats, bots or hacks. Commercial use (including tournaments with entry fees or cyber cafés) is prohibited without written consent. You may not use the Game to harm others, distribute malware or engage in illegal or fraudulent activity. Piracy is strictly prohibited.
Additional Content and Third‑Party Software
Optional DLC or bonus material may be released and is covered by this EULA unless specific terms accompany it. The Game may include third‑party software or services, those components may be subject to separate licences or privacy policies.
EU/EEA Consumer Rights
If you reside in the EU or EEA and are a consumer, EU law provides mandatory rights. Before purchase you receive key information about price, functionality, compatibility, hardware requirements, age rating, refund policy and data collection. You acknowledge that digital content provided without a physical medium loses the 14days withdrawal right once you consent to downloading and confirm that you will lose that right. Refunds are processed through Epic under its policies and applicable law, nothing prevents you from seeking a refund under mandatory law. The Game must conform to its description and to reasonable expectations, if it does not, you may request a remedy (such as an update), a price reduction or termination. This Agreement does not limit your statutory rights and any ambiguous terms will be interpreted in your favour.
Taxes
Prices may include or exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar taxes, these will be shown at checkout. Epic may provide tax invoices when required. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by your country.
Warranty and Liability
Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. EU consumers benefit from statutory guarantees relating to digital content. For non‑consumers, we warrant that we have the right to grant the licence and that the Game will materially function as described on supported hardware. Except as required by law, the Game is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Subject to applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Non‑consumer users agree to indemnify us for third‑party claims arising from their breach or unlawful use.
Privacy and Data Protection
Sinha Production is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Game, while Epic controls data related to Epic accounts and payments. We collect device identifiers, hardware/OS details, crash logs, approximate location (via IP address), gameplay analytics and support communications. We process data to operate and improve the Game, fulfil this contract, protect legitimate interests (such as security and fraud prevention) and comply with legal obligations. With your consent we may conduct optional analytics or marketing. Data is retained only as necessary and may be shared with service providers, public authorities and advisers. Your rights under the GDPR include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. See Schedule 1 for a concise summary.

For technical support or questions, contact us at the address provided in Schedule 1. We may request diagnostic information to help resolve issues. We cannot assist with pirated or modified copies.
Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach it or engage in serious misconduct (such as piracy or cheating). On termination you must uninstall and cease using the Game. Epic may suspend or terminate your store account under its terms, which may affect access. Sections addressing intellectual property, licence grant, restrictions, warranty, liability, privacy and dispute resolution survive termination.
Export Controls
You must comply with export control and sanctions laws. Do not use or distribute the Game in violation of these laws or to sanctioned countries or persons.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by Indian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence country if you are an EU/EEA consumer. Consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence or India. Non‑consumer disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India respectively. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. EU/EEA consumers may seek alternative dispute resolution. Non‑consumer disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may, at our option, be referred to arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, in English, before a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Developer. Alternative dispute resolution must be attempted before initiating court proceedings.
Final Provisions
This EULA is provided in English. If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid and the invalid clause will be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the parties’ intention. Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war or infrastructure failures. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent, we may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale without reducing your statutory rights. This EULA, together with the privacy notice and any DLCspecific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept this EULA. If you are under the age of majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Sinha Production and that Epic serves only as the marketplace operator.
